I’ve never pawned items before but there was an item that needed to go and i needed a few extra bucks so i figured what the hell!!! It’s a small shop but the customer service was HUGE! I loved the locked door that made me feel extra safe! The store was super clean and in order. The guys were friendly, attentive, personable and even gave out lighters…(i don’t smoke) There was guy who’s card was declining and instead of insulting him and assuming he was broke they were patient, allowed him to call his card company and try again and it worked. I’ll definitely recommend them and be back if i need to pawn again!
