Awesome place. Very nice and big selection to choose from. I could drop a lot of hard cash here, that’s for sure.

This place is not that bad. They have some deals if you buy the same item or brand more than two. Just ask for discount. They are nice about it! Not many people come here to play cards, just letting you know. They have many comic books and action figures.

I don’t know why everyone says the service is bad every time I go the employees are super nice Once I told the guy that works their I live further from the store and when I told that he gave me 20% off and gave me a free poster

Called to ask for pricing on a figure and was told I had to «go in person as prices changes constantly» and this was for a figure just released(a Hot toys figure). Their selection of figures is mostly statues and unlike other retailers, they don’t give you any fair pricing. Might as well buy them online and get rewards points from the original distributor(Sideshow). On top of that, the person at the register says he can get you anything you want from his contacts in Japan… 4 months later he never called and never got what I asked him to get. His excuse? He forgot. They might have a large Pop! vinyl wall but that’s because they stock them sideways and only one per space. Most are of the same figure. They barely restock the section. Overall, their comic section is not bad but their service is bad. Pricing is nothing special and figure selection is terrible.

Love this place. from new comics to golden age to a giant wall of graphic novels, this place has it all. The staff is friendly an knowledgeable and have turned me on to several titals that I’d never heard of. This place has become my regular sunday stop.

Let me start this review by telling you what Past, Present and Future is not. It’s not a pretentious place, it’s not an overpriced toy store, it’s not dimly lit, and you don’t have to walk to the back of the store to actually find the comic book section. What Past, Present and Future is, It’s a great comic book store. You walk in and are greeted. The store has a welcome, warm and inviting feel to it. The comics selection is great. They’re well stocked on both new releases and collected. The staff is knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you. In fact they were able to help me track down a hard to find release that other stores in the area didn’t carry. Score!
Past, Present and Future also carries a pretty neat selection of board games. They are open late, Which means I can stop there on my way home from work. What more to say? It’s a clean, well lit place to get my geek on.

Stopped by for PPF’s 30th Anniversary Event. This means a massive sale on a lot of comics and 20% off everything in the store. They had some pretty cool guests including Theodeus Crane(Big Tiny) from The Walking Dead, and Allen Bellman who were signing autographs and taking pics with everyone plus they had a costume contest. As far as the store goes, the staff was friendly and chatty so that made me feel comfortable. I appreciate the fact that they really try to provide their customers with variety of products. You can find comics, graphic novels, manga, action figures, a table dedicated to The Walking Dead, Heroclix, tabletop games and accessories, and cool Japanese snacks. They really have everything organized and all of their comics come bagged and the more expensive ones come boarded as well. I had a good time looking around and taking advantage of their sale. I will say that had it not been for the sale, I may have thought twice about purchasing comics. It’s a tad more expensive than I’d like. Obviously nothing compares to purchasing online but I’m used to my local store having some better prices(though the selection here is larger than I expected for a store this size.) Overall, an enjoyable visit and I will include PPF into my route when I’m up visiting the Lauderhill comic scene.
