Today when I took in my car to have the alignment checked, I was greeted with the unpleasant surpise that the mechanic who specializes in this activity was not working due to a family emergency. In other repair shops the owner typically sits behind the desk and only writes up service orders and collects payments. However, with this auto repair business, Silvano, the owner, came around from behind the desk, rolled up his sleeves and did the job himself. This situation is where his 30 years of automotive experience came in handy. I was out of there within 30 minutes of him taking the car out for an initial test drive. I couldn’t have been happier with the way this unforeseen situation was handled.

I always go here for oil changes and they do a thorough a quick job and they maintained my old Subaru with over 109k miles well. Today I was driving my newer Subaru and I hear a terrible a screeching sound on the front axle. It sounded like grinding. I knew it was bad, but before I had it towed to the dealer, I brought it to Precision. Silvano found the problem. a dropped wire rubbing on the brake. He clipped it and problem solved.
He wouldn’t even charge for his time. Thanks for saving me a tow somewhere else! Thanks again.

I took my car here to get the front brake pads replaced. They did a great job. The customer service was excellent. The receptionist was very nice. The brake job was done within a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommended.

This is by far the WORST experience I have ever experienced with any mechanic or any type of service whatsoever. This place is so ridiculous that its almost histerical with its owner who is now also contacting me with THREATS to sue for «Defamation of a Character.»
Stay away, far far away from this place, unless of course you dont want your car to run anymore or pay ridiculous money for something your car doesnt even remotely needs or be treated like you owe that place a lot of money and
