As far as office supply places go, this one is average. There are some good values and some that are not so good. The do have some on-​line coupons, but they are pretty limited and we never seem to be looking for anything that has a coupon.
The store is big, clean and well organized. You should be able to find pretty much anything you need.
As far as service, the guy at checkout was surly. While maybe he was just having a bad day, he did leave us wondering who peed in his cornflakes.

God help you if you need assistance with Self-​serve copy. My copies didn’t print correctly. They were rude and took so long to help that I gave up.
Thus I had to pay for copies I did not get!

I called in to get an ink toner placed on hold but when I got there, they didn’t have it on hold. Good thing they still had the product I wanted in stock since Office Depot didn’t have it.

Staples is a mixed bag. There are some good values and then there are… «some other» values. Watch the way the pricing is done with the rebates. The information is there. Just be sure you do understand how they are doing what they are doing. There are twists and turns. So twist with the twist but don’t turn when you are supposed to be twisting. OK?
