Great place and excellent service. They not only wrapped my box perfectly but also knew all docs I need it for my international shipment.

I have gone to this location many times and the lady also the franchise owner is rude to a point where you just want to leave. I brought an item to be packed and her response was its heavy you need to do it yourself??? I would never return here I drive to the ups store on university immediately after Mcnab by the jewelry center. I told the guys and they all laughed and said they here it 10 times a day I am confused how ups allows people to represent them I have been using fedex recently and I’m happy I send at least 30 packages a week so maybe her attitude should have been better. I am a business owner and I promise you this is the first time I’ve reviewed this business the fact that you respond with an accusation as opposed to an apology or some form of an explanation says a lot about your character and and totally reaffirms my review. I’ll be calling ups customer service again just based on the response you just gave me.

Services provided from a UPS store are all pretty standard, what makes them stand out is the superior service given by the staff. This location is run a husband and wife who are friendly and efficient. Each visit I have been greeted by them both and I’m helped by whoever is available. The husband in particular is an optimist of another breed. I make it out in little time. No headaches or issues. Great place for your package needs.
