The best experience ever and the most caring people I know. I recommend it!!! You should go to them for all your medical needs.

The minute I walked into the place, I knew I was in the right place. And my cold symptoms just seemed to go away after speaking to the doctor there. My nose stopped running and my throat felt less scratchy after being examined by the doctor. She listened to my chest and prescribed some medication of which quickly gave me relief. The place was immaculate and decorated in a festive atomosphere. You can tell that this center really wanted to connect with their patients. Watching the Honeymooners was a nice touch on their tv monitors. I hope I never get sick again, but I ever do, this would be the only place that I would go to.

Ok, ill make it simple and wont write a big story. To receive same service you can go to minute clinic which is less then a mile away and you will 500% less, yes 5 times less.

Went to this urgent care because it was on the list of approved places on my insurance list and it was in my area. When I walked in, the place looked totally unprofessional and the staff didn’t look like they knew what they were doing. There were filing cabinets in the lobby and the front desk staff was dressed way to casually. I went in to have an x-ray done on my wrist due to a volleyball injury and when I explained why I was there, the lady disappeared and just left me standing there. Eventually the other person that was sitting at the desk said to sit down. The first lady finally came back after about 10 minutes and said that they were firing up the x-ray machine and it would take about 20 – 30 minutes so I would have to wait. She just grabbed a white doctors coat that was draped over the back of the chair, appearing like she was going to play doctor and I was the actual patient, and took me to an exam room. No introducing herself, no medical history questions and I had to explain what happened 3+ times and she still didn’t understand what was going on. Once the x-ray machine was fired up, she took me back to where the machine was and there were 3 additional people plus the«doctor’ trying to figure out how to work the machine and how to position my wrist. After I was done and back in the exam room, the doctor said my wrist was fine and not to worry about it. She wouldn’t even show me the x-rays because she said she had no way of doing that. I asked if I should be wearing a wrist brace or anything and she said, yeah that would probably be the best thing. I also wanted a copy of the x-rays to take to my primary doctor so she could see them, but I was told I couldn’t get a copy for a week because they didn’t have any way of putting the digital images on a disc and they would give me a call to let me know when the disc was available. So a week later i had not received my disc, nor a call from them saying it was ready and had to call to remind them I needed it. After getting the disc, I put it in my dad’s computer to try and see the results, where it didn’t open and it must have had some kind of virus on it because now the computer won’t run properly. I would never recommend this place to anyone and even called my insurance company to alert them that this place seemed unfit to treat patients. Definitely the worst experience at an urgent care place.

My daughter went to this facility this morning, following a volleyball injury. When we walked in, there was no one waiting. The room was shabby, with beat-up furniture and floors that needed to be swept, but you go to the places on your limited insurance list. We told the receptionist that she had hurt her hand. She got up and walked away. After standing there for about 5 min., she came back out and told us to sit down. We waited another 5 min. or so before anyone came back. We filled out a very short form and she took our credit card and insurance card. We waited again. Eventually, a woman came out from the back and threw on a short lab jacket, not the kind that is generally worn by physicians, but one worn by a medical student or lab tech. They sent 3 people to take vital signs. The woman in the lab jacket came in. She didn’t introduce herself and there was no name tag on her coat. Her outfit was unprofessional and she needed to at least brush her hair. The«medical history» she took consisted of whether she took any medications and if she was generally healthy. No questions about previous relevant history, allergies, etc. We explained how the injury happened, but she wasn’t listening. She kept saying that the ball couldn’t have much force since it was coming down. Yeah, LOL, it was coming down from a very hard spike, hit by a very strong player. She kept trying to imitate the way that it had happened, but was not even close. As a former registered nurse, I know what a history and exam should look like. She took a very cursory look at the hand and then ordered x-rays. They said it would take a while to «crank up» the machine and figure out the proper settings. It took about 20 min. The x-ray had to be done 4 times and then it was another 20 min. waiting for the«film to develop.» Eventually, she came back in and said the x-rays were fine, but we didn’t get to see them, which was a first for me. She could see that I wasn’t very happy about the way things were going, so she did a couple of more manipulations of the joint and said she was fine, the swelling and bruising were not important. We were not given any paperwork regarding diagnosis, treatment or anything else. We asked for copies of the x-rays, but were told that they didn’t have any cds onto which to copy them. They said they would call in a week or so when they had some. When we got home, we called and asked them to fax us a copy of her record from this morning. They promised to send it to us right away, but it has still not come. Now we are going to have to spend more money, which will be substantial, to get another exam by someone else. As a medical professional, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone… ever. I wish there was a zero star rating. As a late edit — we did eventually(like a couple of weeks later) get the CD of the x-ray, which contained a virus! Well done.
