Rudest customer service I’ve ever received. I called to inquire about prices, and I was mocked for my accent. I researched prices around the area, and I found other jet ski rentals for much cheaper. Don’t come here if you expect to be treated with basic respect.

we rented from watercraft adventures this past visit and a few visits before. I dont like that during busy times that its a 2 hour min. This past visit though, it was slow, so we were able to rent for 1 hour. The people are always so nice. I kinda dont like that they run your credit card for a $ 600 dollar hold just incase something happens. Rocky River doesnt do that.

We rented personal watercraft and everyone was very knowledgeable. They were great at giving us all the proper instructions. Best place to rent on the river. Price was very reasonable.

Not the cheapest price but upfront and honest. Yesterday we went with the cheapest and ended up getting screwed! Workers where very helpful and Forrest was awesome having a conversation. Made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Thanks guys, awesome service!

2h JetSki Rental cost here $ 149 + TAX + GAS (TOTAL: $ 210).
On the other side of the river in Bullhead City (7 – 10 minutes with the car) is the price only $ 75 + Tax + Gas.
The Lady by Watercraft Adventures Rental knows this. She give me a smile and told me: «GOOD LUCK»
I said: Yes, I’ll have Luck, this is not my first JetSki rental. The Lady said again: Watercraft Adventures have the better JetSki, the service is better and blblabla. She made all another JetSki rentals bad. I left this business fast.
CONCLUSION:
I rent in Bullhead City exact the same JetSki BRAND NEW mit 6.9h run-​time on the speedometer for only $ 75 + Tax + Gas (Total $ 95)
You can save over 50% compared to Watercraft Adventures Rental.
Unfriendly Lady and She makes other companies bad. She’s lying
