Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this «business». This is no longer a store front repair shop. Instead, it is an In-​home (garage) business owned by a nice young man, who unfortunately ruined my machine. I took my laptop to him to get the LCD screen replaced. Other than that, it worked perfectly. After weeks (yes, WEEKS) of calling for updates and trying to get my machine back, I finally went to pick it up «as is» and found that it no longer works AT ALL — even when connected to an external monitor. I called Alvero to let him know about the problem. It’s no surprise that I never got a call back. I finally purchased a new laptop. I just hope I can still get the data off the old one.
