All-American Transfer and Storage

This moving company was pathetic. We hired a 4 man crew and we were sent 3 men. Their language was so vulgar and crude that I was embarrassed to have them in my neighborhood. They were rough on all of our belongings. They took multiple smoke breaks– in the back of the loaded moving truck. When I walked out to check on them and caught the lead mover on a personal phone call I confronted all of them abruptly, and it went downhill from there. During our previous move we hired a mover from the jackson area, but due to travel time we opted for a local company this time in an effort to limit cost. Big mistake. Hindsight is 20/​20, but I would have moved it all myself if that’s what it took rather than hire these clowns. Pay the travel time.
