They only receive a one star because Dr. Dukes is amazing. My family has been coming here for 10 years and the service has went completely down. From the overbooking to the overbilling! And don’t try and discuss your issues with Dr. Batz because he simply just blows you off as if he is doing you a favor. My family will no longer use this office. I prefer to choose a practice with great doctors that actually care avoid their patients.
