Best Home Clean

My first and last time with this company. I called to schedule 3 weeks in advance with a Living Social deal. The first time they claimed that they didn’t hear it was a carpet clean — and unfortunately «they don’t have anyone with the carpet cleaning equipment to handle» my request. The second time, they claimed the same excuse again. The third time, I told them that no matter what, I will need them to arrive. They promised they would be there. The day of the appointment they called to cancel and I told them it was unacceptable. They said fine, they would send someone within two hours. Two hours? I have a job how am I supposed to drop everything to go home? But I did, and my carpet smells worse than before. Avoid at all costs!

Recently allowed these scammers to come into my home and all they did was waist my time and provide bs service. I was suppose to have all of my air supply vents cleaned however the individual that came was more interested in leaving and answering his phone; by the way out of 20 vents he cleaned 4 and did a piss poor job. The individual did not answer questions that the average customer would ask. When the Supervisor Mr. Brown was contacted he laughed and basically called me a fool becuase i know nothing about hvac systems; I do believe thats why many people call professionals because they dont know! I would give this business 1 star for being ontime and scheduling a quick appoitnment. I would strongly urge anyone seeking this companies services to reconsider and take your hard earned money elsewhere by the way the supervisor instructed me to take my money and go to hell. Do not use this company or refer them to anyone i learned my lesson.

Great experience all the way around. Everyone was so nice, on the phone and in person. I knew nothing about air duct cleaning being a first time home owner. The staff of Best Home Clean is very knowledgeable and spent extra time with me explaining to me how my system works and also the different methods used to clean air ducts. I had no idea how important it was to have your air ducts cleaned and also the benefits to having it done. Not only does it improve the air quality in your home it also makes your system work more efficiently which can help save money on energy. I feel so much better since my air ducts have been cleaned knowing that all the debris and dust from the previous owners have been removed. I have recommended them to all of my neighbors that I have met so far. Very professional, I felt really comfortable with my crew and I will be sure to call them again.
