I used to come to this location all the time prior to the closing of Laurel mall and building of the town centre and I must say they have really turned this place around. Possibly the cleanest and most organized Burlington in the area. I was helped out on the floor by an elderly associate, and all the associates walking around are super friendly. I came in on a Saturday and the line was extremely long, but it was moving and it was moving quickly! My cashier made the experience even better. Her name started with an F or something, but she was super friendly and fast. I had brought a couple items not realizing the tags weren’t on them, but she personally went and found it for me. The only complaint I have would be that some tags are missing, but that could be due to the customers. Customer service is amazing. Will be coming back!

This location is lacking in some areas. Namely, juniors. Entire racks will only have a few pieces. I’ve found some gems in handbags. Women’s clothes tend to be frumpy, shoes are nothing special in the bigger sizes(9 and up, but good selection for the smaller ones(7& below). Kids section is slim too. Employees are never rude, so that is good. Women’s athletic wear usually has some Nike, Reebok and puma so that’s good too. It is never crowded but Overall, I would normally prefer the Arundell Mills location.

The new store is clean and organized. I mainly shopped in the Baby Depot section. They had nice quality choices for baby clothing. It wasn’t a huge section, they could use more toys or books, but it’s enough to pick up a nice outfit or baby shower gift.

WAYTOCROWDED! Granted, that’s not entirely their fault. However the lack of organization is and the amount of employees standing around doing nothing needs to be taken care of as well.

I’m not sure if I get there at the wrong times, but it always seems that they never have anything I want on their shelves. So unlike Target, Burlington does not reorder anything or at least it seems.

New Burlington Coat Factory! Not the old one that was hanging on by a thread when Laurel Mall was in existence! It’s spacious, organized, one level, baby depot with a large touch screen to register, layaway etc. Men section is very plentiful. Give it a try.

First store to open as rebuilding of the demolished mall proceeds. Another link in the chain, but with that new store smell.

New store… in Laurel Town Center Just opened today 2014. Clean, bright, organized during Grand opening. Lets hope they can maintain this. Looks like a gigantic TJMAxx. Great finds, unbeatable deals and friendly staffs.

I would give 3.5 stars if I could. Ok, yes it feels like a ghost town and if you needed assistance you would have to search for an employee. I’m never in a hurry when I come here because usually my car is being serviced. I always find very good quality home décor and reasonable prices. I also find clothes for my son. I’m not a fan of crowds(who is?) so I enjoy the lack emoyees in sight. I just pretend the store was closed down just for me.
