I would give this company zero stars if I could!
My experience is quite similar to reviewer Patti C’s– with the exception of I actually scheduled an appointment with the company 4 weeks ago for an air duct cleaning. My appt was confirmed for yesterday Monday, Feb 17^th. The person I spoke to stated someone would be at my house between 9 and 11 am. Needless to say this company has been a no call/no show. They never even called to reschedule! I placed several calls to them yesterday and this morning. No answer!!! Worst yet, their voicemail box is FULL!!! This is 2014!!! What reputable company does that!!! Needless to say, I will be contacting Amazon Local to have my $$$ refunded for this voucher!
