I went here for an ear ache. They set me up with an appointment in 4 hrs and made my weekend. Sure, the lobby isn’t the best but it is a doctors office not a Holiday Inn Express.

Bypass the Laurel office and go to Columbia to see your doctor. The Laurel office is very poorly run. It is common to wait nearly an HOUR after your appointment time. The patient rooms are filthy, with cobwebs and grime on the walls and ceilings. Worst of all is the office administrator. I’m certain she was a hag even in grade school.

I already commented on this practice, just the Columbia, MD office. The Laurel office is much closer to me, but due to scheduling, the doctor was only in the Laurel office a few of the times that fit my schedule. Regardless, Dr. Pearl is great and the staff are friendly. I would recommend this whole practice(which has several offices) to anyone. The caveat being I’ve only experienced 1 doctor, and for allergy, not for ENT. But I’m very happy with my experience with Dr. Pearl and the staff.
