I only went to this dentist because he accepts United Concordia and he was the closest listed in my insurance booklet to where I live. At first he was a little hard to get a hold of, but after I left a message he called me right back. We scheduled my appointment via voice mail since we just kept playing phone tag.
The office building he is located in is very easy to get to. The office is very small and the desk a little unorganized but don’t let that fool you! Dr. Stephens is running his own business and does a very good job of it. The dental room is also very small, but clean and well-​stocked.
I went in for a simple cleaning and Dr. Stephens did an excellent job of explaining everything he was doing and was kind enough to give me very detailed tips on how to improve my dental health. He was very friendly and the cleaning went very quickly. I felt very comfortable during my time there and I definitely recommend him!
