Green Future Construction

This is my first Unilocal review. Green Futures did a fantastic job building a multi level stone patio in my backyard. Quick and reasonably priced, professional crew, attention to detail, well supervised by the owner, Ely. Cleaned up the area before they left. Very happy with my choice.

Both Pro and Con. The first complaint I have is that, they didn’t want to come out to give me an estimate due to the job (remove the stumps) was too small. The gentleman called me the evening before and told me that they are not going to come out due to the size of the job, it makes no sense for him to come out and give me an estimate with the gas price it is today after the appointment is made. I had to take the picture and send it to him for an estimate. And here is my second complaint, after I received an estimate the next morning, and I sent him the signed contract as requested by Green Future. After the contract is signed, Green Future then sent me an email telling me they will come out sometimes this week, if not, it will be early next week. And the email was sent to me on Wednesday or Thursday of last week. Yesterday May 21, someone from the company called me around 5 pm and apologized for not coming out to do the work (due to the weather) and they will try to come out today if the weather permits. Today (⁵⁄₂₂) there is no rain or anything. But there is no one show up or call me today either on when they will be coming out. I am frustrated because I do not have a clue when the guy is going to come out and do the work. This is my first time not getting a date and time when the company will come out to do the work. I don’t need to get it done RIGHT NOW, at this moment. I definitely would like to know when the work can be done.
The Pro of the company is that they will try to accommodate you as much as possible. I found the there is some part of the stump still there and I called. The gentleman (Eli) came out with his guy to take care of it, better yet, he called and let me know that it is done. That is the part I really like about the company. Thanks Eli.

Never showed for appointment. No call or anything. Wasted my time waiting for them.
