Past & Present Towing & Recovering

My third time using this company… within a week. I’m pretty sure they think of me as family. Chris wasn’t available so I got Donnie to tow my E38 740i to it’s hopefully final destination to have work done. Donnie is a cool guy. Knew damn alot about cars. I almost asked him to adopt me. Anyway, as usual, Past and Present Towing came through like a champ. You could tell that Donnie knew what he was doing. I’m just talking about towing but quite the pro on the road as well. Got to gaithersburg with no problems from my house in NW. He even made sure I knew how to make my way back home before he left. Whether your car lost a tire, flipped over, has airlift suspension… Donnie is the guy you want. Towing isn’t easy but Donnie knows how to get the job done.

The truck arrived in less than thirty minutes from my call to AAA. George B., the driver had called and gave me his estimated arrival time. When he arrived he was very pleasant and professional, the car was strapped down and away they went. When I reached the shop in Elkridge, MD, the car was being unloaded.
I hope if I ever need a tow again, AAA will send Past & Present.
