Awful… really ridiculously inept and rude front office staff. Done with them… I hung out, driving almost an hour after we moved from laurel, simply because I had been a patient of the Warren Clinic for over 40 years! They finally broke me… I am done! The front desk is just tragic and they could care less about helping anyone. Sad …

It’s just fine, Dr McClain is a competent man from what I have experienced so far.

I’ve been seeing one of the doctors for years without any problems. Then they became Potomac Physicians. I agree with others, that the staff is terrible, rude and unprofessional. Now I am getting billed for services not received, and the manager could care less. I have left voicemail after voicemail with her, and have not heard back from the manager. Extremely unprofessional! I will not be going back after 15 years of seeing the same doctor. What a shame!

Dr. McClain and Warren are great! I began seeing them at their original office near Main St. in Laurel. The front desk and nurses are very unfriendly and not welcoming. I’m afraid to check in or even call for an appointment since they have joined Potomac Physicians. I only deal with it because I know the end result is getting excellent care from the Doctors.

The worst office service, and the Doctors are sub-par. I’ve been a patient there, for purely convenience purposes, but they don’t care about their patient’s. They’ve refuse appointments; the staff is lazy and difficult. They have a high turnover in the office staff and during the appointments, the doctors openly complain about the equipment that they work with. It’s time to change before I lose my mind with the people up there. It’s beyond ridiculous. If you call they will place you on hold immediately(even if you just want to know if the office hours for that day). There unreasonable. They don’t touch anything until it’s been there for 73 hours(their words not mine) and there’s no such thing as urgent there. I’ve had to go to Patient First many times when the office was open, just because they didn’t know how to schedule an emergency appt to get a prescription. THEYSUCK!!! Time to find a new Dr’s Office — way overdue
