I was so hopeful that this company would be legit. Unfortunately I encountered many problems. I had ordered 5 pints of sugar-free snow cone syrup and even though they were quite expensive(shipping to Canada along with customs, duties and taxes was astronomical) my kids and I were excited to try and recreate the shaved ice we had in Hawaii. I forgot to add the screw on spouts for easier pouring once I submitted my order and quickly sent an email stating that I would like to add them to my order and would gladly pay. No response. I phoned and left a message. No response. I received the syrups nearly a month later with no spouts, since no one got back to me. When they arrived they didn’t taste great by any means but I was sort of expecting that given they were sugar-free(we have a diabetic in the family). The bottles had no expiration date and also stated that no refrigeration was required. Not even two weeks later every single flavor had become rancid. We had only used the syrups once and all of the bottles are nearly full. I sent an email to let the company know. No response. I have now left 2 voicemail messages providing my information. No response. So I’m out over $ 145 for 5 syrups(we can’t get anything like this around here so that’s why I was willing to spend a ridiculous amount of money on this treat). I am very disappointed in the product and extremely disappointed in the lack of any customer service whatsoever. If someone would at least answer the phone or try to resolve this issue via email I would certainly appreciate it.
