Didn’t detect a gas leak in my gas range. Instead told me the«bad smell» was new stove smell and to cook a potato in it which would soak up the smell. Joseph’s advice was a joke and waste of my time. Contracted w frigidaire so used because I had a warranty. Will not use again.

The only reason I went with Sasu’s was because my home owners warranty company pairs with them. When my fridge stopped working, I called them. It took about a week for them to come out, and then took another 5 weeks to come back with the parts — during which I had to continuously call for updates. Then, finally, after 5 weeks without a fridge, the job was just a few minutes — he changed out the fan motor & control board. But immediately thereafter the fridge started leaking, which it never did before — very suspect. But without even coming out to look at the problem, Joseph said it had nothing to do with their work, and would be $ 200 to fix… well, seeing how slow the process was, and how bad the communication, I will likely just stomach the cost of hiring someone else to take a look…

Joseph has not returned our phone calls after saying he had to order a part for our washer that stopped working and was under warranty. He said the part would take 5 – 7 days, however three weeks later, he has not returned our numerous phone calls. We also contacted Frigidaire, as he is the contracted technician for this area, and he has not even returned their phone call. Completely unacceptable. We have gone one month without a washer that is covered under warranty, and he refuses to call us back.

Joseph, I have tried getting in contact with you to inquire about my refund. I did not want to have to do this but you have ignored my messages, have not returned my calls and most of all have not honored your word to provide me with a partial refund for the mis-diagnosis, and poor repair you performed. I will continue to call in hopes that you will return the $ 200 we agreed upon. I will also continue to post accurate reviews of my experience with Sazu Tech until this issue is resolved.

I was having problems with my new Frigidaire washer, it would fill up with water but not tumble the clothes. Sasu was listed as the closest certified Frigidaire Warranty center for the Washington, DC area. The gentleman(I forgot his name) was able to come out within a day, worked quickly and quietly. He said I needed a new control circuit/panel and that he didn’t have one but would order one right away and I would have it within a week. I received a call from the same repair man stating the part had already arrived and if I could be around Monday for the installation(if was Friday afternoon). I explained I had started a new job and couldn’t take off Monday for the work. After hearing this he said he could come over within 3 hours for the installation. He showed up after only 90 mins and quickly installed the part which fixed my washer problems. I didn’t even have to fill out any paperwork for the warranty, they took care of everything. I found Sasu to be easy to work with and efficient; the service tech was fast and did a great job. If you have issues with a Frigidaire, I highly recommend these guys.
