This is the WORST SBs ever. The woman working there refused to do a pour over which just did in a SBs in Gaithersburg yesterday. The lady had such a rude attitude I walking out with no order!!!

I come to this Starbucks whenever I’m in Laurel, and frequently when I try to get a few bucks for my clothes at the next door Platos Closet. The ladies who work here are always friendly. They helped me select a holiday drink when I said I wanted to try something new but didn’t know which winter time drink to try. I even asked if they had a certain mug in stock and one worker checked both the entire cabinet out front and their back storage. While they didn’t have it, I appreciated her help, and her suggestion to try a Starbucks a mile a way before purchasing it online(and paying hefty shipping fees). This location gets an A overall.

Same mistake twice. My husband purchased a bag of whole bean coffee from this location. He asked for it to be coarse ground, as we were going to use it in our French press. He said they looked at him like was crazy for requesting coarse. When I opened it at home the coffee was ground extremely fine, espresso texture. We figured it was an honest mistake. He took it back and requested coarse once more and again, it was ground extremely fine. He ended up asking for a whole bean since this seemed like an impossible task for them to complete. Either something was wrong with the grinder at this location, or the employees just don’t care. I’ve been purchasing coarse ground coffee and preparing it in a French press for over 12 years, I know what’s up with it. It was just wrong. Twice. This has never been an issue with any other Starbucks location I’ve visited. Fix your grinder or teach your staff how to push a damn button.

Stopped in the location for a quick break and to study, only to find the most disgusting restroom I’ve ever seen in any Starbucks. Wow… really disappointing for Starbucks. Otherwise the service was fine, exactly what you would expect.

I’ve always been proud of this Starbucks but this time I was really disappointed. The special from October 29 to 31 is any grande size frap is $ 3 including the Halloween drink the Frankenstein frap. I showed up at 2:20 and the staff didn’t know whether the special was at 2:00 or 3:00. They only discounted my drinks close to the special’s price.

Attitudes everywhere!!! Horrible and some odd reason every drink I get from their ends up being wrong! Even if I write it for them!

One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to! For the most part everyone who works there is really friendly(those who aren’t are typically new and probably a bit overwhelmed). They make delicious skinny drinks for me all the time!

(07/01/2013) This location is in the Shoppers strip mall off Contee Road near Laurel Regional Hospital and the Carver Memorial Cemetery. OK place for your char-bucks fix, seems to be run by surly, loitering teenagers. Place has it’s fair amount of free wi-fi freeloaders, as well. Exactly as you expect from the chain.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. I find myself in this area a lot visiting a family friend, and well… other than being conveniently located next to their community, my drinks are always well made. Never once have I had to request to have my drink remade. The service here is good, and it’s never too crazy busy when I’m here. I’ve had to wait in line, but it goes by fast and is well worth it!

A great place to get my coffee fix :) Over the summer when I’m in Laurel I am a regular, and this place always makes my drink right! They do a great job of taking care of their customers, and they usually remember your drink after only 3 or 4 visits. They have numerous tables and chairs inside and outside, so on nice days you can sit and enjoy yourself for a while. The only flipside is that sometimes the newer baristas make mistakes(which happens everywhere, no big deal) and that sometimes in the summer they keep the AC turned up too high in order to discourage customers from sticking around all day. Altogether a great Starbucks, great location, great employees, and great service!

Venti 2 pump melon green tea lemonade blended($ 3.10) on a cool summer evening = good Baristas = friendly but not the most competent Interior = narrow Massive dumpster in the parking lot = stank! If you can’t find a parking spot directly in front of the SBUX, do not park in the other spots as there’s a massive dumpster in the center of the spots. With California Tortilla right next door, there are some foul scents emanating from that piece.
