The best reason to come to Dutch country farmers market is Yoder’s BBQ. You gotta get a number at most counters and wait to be called but it’s so worth it!(Arrive before 11am & there’s usually no wait). Their bbq pork spare ribs are to die for — regular are great but baby backs melt-in-your-mouth. The slab of baby-backs I bought were $ 28(about $ 9/lb) so more expensive than some I’ve tried but well worth it! It was a larger size rack and the flavor and the tenderness of the meat far exceeds top-rated rib joints like Fat Pete’s.The rotisserie chicken, pork riblets & smoked turkey legs are all outstanding. Be sure to get plenty of their BBQ sauceStand in line again at another counter to get their mouth-watering fried chicken wings. If you’re feeding a group and don’t want to cook, I guarantee these ribs, chickens and wings will be a huge hit! PS – be warned — parking is scarce so be prepared to use patience and allow extra time. It’s worth it.

We visit the Dutch Country Farmers Market every single Saturday & Yoder BBQ is inside. They have everything from rotisserie chicken to baby back ribs, beef ribs, brisket, Cornish hens, and much more. They sell several kinds of their own homemade BBQ sauce, though I prefer the one they give you when purchasing ribs or chicken. The customer service is terrific and the food is delicious! Sometimes they’re a line but usually not. Highly recommended. Open Thurs, Fri & Sat. See the hours for each day because they very.
