Dunkin’ Donuts

Went in orderd a simple bacon egg and cheese sandwitch. I got wrap and I am a big fat guy who wanted a bagel so said I wanted a bagel instead. got a croissant the second time. now I’m mad got two things I don’t want all cause the one guy doesn’t speak English right. so. I breakfast for this fat man.

***holes. Ordered close to $ 15 worth of stuff and they refused to give me a cup of tap for my 3 year old nephew and 12 year old sister (on a 95 degree day). I have not been back since, and will not go back. I have NEVER been turned down for a cup of water from any restaurant, EVER.

I stopped by a couple of weeks ago and used the drive-​thru. Their computer was down, so I couldn’t use my DD Perks card. I paid cash and I held onto my receipt. About a week ago I went to the «contact us» section of the DD website and explained that I wanted to receive credit (points) on my Perks card for this purchase. I gave all the info from my receipt, but I never heard back from them. This tells me how much they value their customers.

This place is terrible. The service is slow no matter how many people are in line and they try to charge you for items separately instead of combos. I’ve caught them twice.

I love this Dunkin Donuts. It is very conveniently located across the street from Gogorama for quick iced tea runs in the middle of the sweltering summer heat! Also the drive thru is a huge plus!

Location is a plus for this DD! This DD is in a pretty busy intersection, easily accessible from either side of Route 35. So it’s convenient that you don’t have to drive a half mile to take a U-​turn just to get to this place. This DD is usually not filled with customers because mostly everyone that I see hits up the drive-​thru like me. Luckily, the line moves pretty quick on the drive-​thru. It’s also close to the parkway, and across the street from a pizza place, Chinese take-​out spot, and… *drum roll please*… Go-​go Rama strip club! This DD is also right next to a pharmacy, tennis courts, and the waterfront. What more can you ask for?! :D
And if you’re curious about the coffee and donuts, they taste good here as well! Customer service is good, they always get my order right!
