Excellent service, excellent technician. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Fair and professional. Ian, the technician took time to explain. the problem and what needed to be done. Everything was just as stated. We even found out that the part was under warranty.

I selected the company based on the review and the Unilocal voucher. The service was good, but the voucher was a scam. There are no «fine print» about what you can use the voucher for. When I called and made the appointment, I mentioned to the representative about the voucher. He did not tell me the voucher was only good toward fixing and repair. It excludes diagnostic tests. I wish that fine print would be on Unilocal.I read all the terms and conditions before I purchased it and I called ahead and still wasn’t informed. I feel like I they need to put that out front. The technician who came out was nice and pleasant. He suggested us to replace our unit instead of fixing it. I am now sitting on a $ 70 voucher and pay another $ 79 out of pocket. They also charge $ 79 diagnostic test per unit. I think for less than an hour spent, $ 79/​unit is way too expansive. I would not use them again.
Update: I emailed Unilocal and they refunded the voucher, which is great because we were not going to use it. They end up to be the most expensive option as well. It’s good to always shop around.

If your heating or AC unit needs repair — you must call this company. They provide courteous, expert service 24 hours a day. My AC was out for two weeks while I was dealing with other companies who put my request on hold for days and ignored my phone calls. I called One Hour Heating and Air at 9pm on a Wednesday night. They were at the house within an hour and 10 minutes later the AC was working. Apparently one of the other company’s contractors had sabotaged my AC unit to make the situation seem worse than it really was. I will never use another company to deal with my AC and heating needs! The man who fixed my AC was so kind, sincere, and a true professional. I’m so happy to have found this company.
