This place is awful. From their overpriced ice cream to the terrible owner Brick. Don’t dare try to sit in his restaurant and not order some thing. We had breakfast with 8 people. He charged the other 2 people money just to sit there. This guy is a complete piece of garbage. Always has been and always will. If you have children keep them away from working for him. He rips children off and gets off on it. Go to the iceberg or crabs claw. Great people own those places.

It’s not summer until you’ve had your Salty’s! Of all the ice cream places on 35 in Lavallette, I would say theirs is the richest.
Skip dinner and have the waffle with ice cream ;)

Plainville, MA
Salty’s is right down the street from our beach house and it is great to serve those ice cream needs. They serve Hershey’s ice cream in a ton of different flavors (chocolate peanut butter caramel cookie dough, anyone?) that are really unique. The prices are super high though so we only go for a treat but they give decent servings for the prices. They definitely are taking advantage of the tourists because there is always a line out the door.
