Mailed a package here awhile back. Sent it overnight paying $ 25 to ship it. It was for my employer. It never got on the ups truck and it wound up being 3 days before the tracking finally registered. It took almost a week to get there. I couldn’t get any answers. The owner promised I would get my money back and they would have the package picked up and sent back to me. That never happened. I called the store at least three times and every time I had to retell my story and they promised me they would get back. My employer and I had to remake the item and ship it again. It was hassle that caused strife in my employer/​employee relationship. I never saw a refund. And the person who received the package had to pay to mail it back after the store assured me they had picked it up. I will never set foot in this store again! Hope you enjoyed the nice little $ 25 bonus you got from me!

Spend your money elsewhere. Dropped off a package and bought some stamps the other day and the girl at the counter couldn’t have been more disinterested in having a customer in the store. Had no customer service skills. Took my money and ran back the surfing the Web. I don’t need to be fawned over but a hello and a thank you would have been nice. Good UPS store right across the street.
