Terrible. They sell you the car and it all goes downhill. Over 1 hour wait for oil change. Won’t return phone calls. But they will be so polite the whole time they are screwing you over.

An awesome, awesome, awesome experience. And who can say that about car buying? A co-​worker of mine pointed me to this place and even though it’s almost to South Carolina, I figured it was worth a shot. I spoke with Brian several times before we made the trip up there. I told him what I was looking for and my price range. I also told him what rate my credit union had offered to give me for the loan.
Not only did he find the exact car I wanted (2008 Ford Escape), he got me an even better rate to finance it and never once pushed something on me that I didn’t want. We got the Carfax report, their maintainence report, the whole nine yards. I drove off with my dream car on the first try. My parents both own Fords and they’re seriously considering taking their cars all the way up there for servicing. It was really that good.
If you need a car and want to be treated like a human being, definitely make the trip. It’s worth it and this is coming from someone who whines about a 15 minute car trip.
