Be careful! They will overprice you «DOUBLE» the amount for the same work you can have done somewhere else. I was there Saturday to have my midrange speakers replaced and they quoted me $ 350, and tried to sell me other equipment that I didnt need. $ 199.99 is way too expensive for a pair of Alpine speakers that you can buy anywhere else for $ 69-​$ 75. Even if they were going to charge me retail $ 150 I would have been ok but $ 199.99 for a pair of Alpine 6 ½ speakers? I dont think so, I went to New Wave Sound in Lawndale and I got the job done right away for $ 175 for labor and parts and they hooked up some additional midranges I didnt realize I had in the car. Shop around people!

I have been having an issue with a factory speaker. We were able to determine the source of the problem but had trouble finding a shop that would help. Al and Ed’s to the rescue! They were willing to troubleshoot the relatively simple problem based on my word, and they didn’t even charge me because they said that I did all the work! I will definitely come here with any future issues. They were really honest and upstanding guys. A plus!

Jeremiah and Collins are great and they know what they are doing. I had a front camera’s and stereo installed on two AMG, Audi and 3 company cars and it looks clean! Couldn’t be happier.

I had an extremely expensive sound system in my Porsche that has never worked properly. I took the car over to the geniuses at Al & Ed’s to see if they could help me where nobody else has been able to help me before. From the minute I walked in the doors, I knew this place was going to solve all my problems. Jeremiah warmly greeted me as I walked in the door and checked out my system. Collin did a full diagnostic on the car and told me it wouldn’t be a problem to fix. They were never once pushy, they were super patient, and spent a lot of time answering all of my questions.
I took the quote that they gave me to a couple different shops and they all said that they could not beat the price. These guys hooked me up with the most bad *** sound system, and did not once try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. In fact, they told me more than once not to waste the money on a few things that I asked about that I didn’t need. Jeremiah and Collin, you guys rock! You have got a customer for life here. Thank you guys so much for all your help. I will refer everyone I know to you guys!

How refreshing to come into a male-​dominated establishment and not be made to feel like the «silly little woman». Jeremiah and Collin are knowledgable, patient, polite, willing to help, happy to explain and, above all, extremely competent. We got a rear camera and new speakers installed and couldn’t be happier.

Went there today to get a satellite Radio Fixed. Colin took great care of me. They got me in and out quickly with friendly professional service. The technician did a great job as well. I will definitely Go back here when I am ready to upgrade.

Came in for a second time to get hids installed as long with accessories for my car alarm. Everything was installed rather quickly and at a great price as well as the work ethic and the care of the employees there. Will be returning in the near future.

Worst place to get speakers!!!
Installations are simple sucks. Where did they get this people. I bought front speakers for my suv. They install 5 ¼″ speaker on 6 ½ speaker opening. No wonder my sound so bad. I been complaint many times and decided to take else where.
Other shop found out they put wrong size of speaker. They even took pictures to show me.

Really good place. under new management and much better then before. Brought in my tacoma for a new 5 channel amp, good pricing and quality work. All the guys there are very helpful and polite. I even took my truck back for a re-​tunning on my amp and very pleased. Highly recomemd this place

Best place for audio installaion. I had my infiniti G37 2013 with complicated OEM head unit, Jeremiah is an awesome manager, he helpes me with the best he could to resolve my audio problem and now my car audio is playing amazingly sound quality which no other shop i went to could have done. He is very patient and knowledge on his installation skill, his team are great too and helpful all the way.
I would recommend Al and Ed in this location for those who needed help with audio installation because you pay for the price to not have it fix again and again that will make you losing money and time.

I used to have radios and alarms installed here years ago. Never had a problem with customer service and prices on the products were fair. Installation was always clean and they seem to have a straight forward honest opinion. I do have to say that the store manager at the time (about 7 years ago) did admit I got ripped off on the alarm I had installed which came up during a later visit and he wasn’t aware the install was at his location. I overlooked that because he gave me some really good deals on some wiring and other stuff I needed for my stereo at that time.
My disapointment comes from a recent phone call and sadly has made them lose my business forever. I called in to ask how much it would be to have a basic radio installed. The radio was a $ 89 single din Pioneer with AUX and USB in front and no bluetooth. I asked how much installed in an 01 Tacoma with stock radio (non JBL) and he quoted me $ 250 parts & labor so I made an appointment for a Saturday at 2pm. I was told it would take about an hour to hour and a half to install. I was ok with everything at this point even though I felt a little ripped off because $ 160 for labor and a little plastic bezel is ridiculous. It was for my dads birthday so I was willing to pay it. The guy (forgot his name) was patient, answered all my questions and was very informative/​helpful.
Here’s where my business was lost forever. I called back the next day to change my appointment to 4pm since I realized I would be busy at 2pm and a different guy said it couldn’t be done because they close at 6pm (which I already knew). After informing him it’s a basic radio and the original time frame I was quoted he started feeding me bullshit by saying there could be problems and he didn’t want to leave later than 6pm so the 4pm appointment couldn’t be made. I guess my timing was an inconvenience and he couldn’t stand the thought of staying over even though we both knew it wasn’t gonna happen. If they were to start at 4pm which I would’ve been a few minutes early for they could’ve finished at the latest 530pm and be gone before 6pm. Easy right??? Not for this guy apparently. After going back and forth for a few minutes he said he’d call me back. He kept his word and called back after speaking to someone and told me to go ahead and bring it in and make sure I’m there at 4.
This place seems like a hit and miss on customer service and pricing. Ive had both bad and great customer service. Ive had great prices also but the feeling of being ripped off more than once made me very uncomfortable. I called back to cancel my appointment after shopping around. I found a great shop who installed a $ 150 double din Pioneer with AUX, USB and bluetooth for $ 185 total out the door and never made me feel like my timing was an inconvenience to him. I not only saved at least $ 65 and got a free AUX cable but I also got a way better radio installed with the same quality of installation that AL & EDS provides.

It’s under new management and they are very helpful, I had a truck that was the radio wasn’t working and they took care of me. Highly recommend coming here for audio needs.

Got a call from the new owner. Wasn’t able to fix the crack but he was able to give me a credit to come back.

Had a custom installation done on my Audi RS5 with an Escort Radar 9500ci. I was nervous because I just bought the car, but Alex clearly knew what he was doing, had some ideas to hide everything, and when it was done, it looks extremely professional.
Definitely recommend using them. My Audi dealership told me about this location and it was definitely worth it.
