I had to wait 3 weeks before they would accept my car. They said the repair would take 9 days. Two weeks after I finally dropped my car off, they still didn’t start any work on the car and say it’ll take another two weeks. Glad they’re doing so well they can ignore customers, but I’ll never go back or recommend anyone else.

Can’t imagine a better experience. I brought my car in for a bumper replacement. Alan did a quick inspection and offered a price below three other nearby competitors and promised to have it done in less time as well. It was ready before I was even able to pick it up, and when I arrived, I didn’t even recognize the car as it had been beautifully detailed. Fast, friendly service, delivering exactly what they promised. What more can you ask for?

Our insurance sent us to them originally, so we had no choice. Now they are our first stop for our cars. The quote was right in, I was given an initial 7 working day turn around, got my car in 4 days. all my questions were gracefully and clearly answered, my car was ready when I came in the morning… Suny and Allen made every effort to make our experience a good one. Don’t wish to have another incident with my car, but if needed I will definitely go back there… And recommend this place to anyone…

I love the service and the people! I have used them twice and my mom once. They are always friendly and go above and beyond to help make your repair job as smooth as possible. I have been using Crest Auto Body for over 12 years and will not take my vehicles to any other body shop. The Owner Allan, Sunny & the staff have always been helpful and give great service. I can always count on Crest Auto Body to have my vehicle repaired in a timely matter and they always stay in contact with me to give me the status of the repairs.
I understand that an Estimate is just a guess of price and time of repair based on the initial look of the vehicle. There are times when the repair has taken longer than expected because there was damage that was not visible until they started working on the vehicle. But I always receive a phone call to let me know of the situation. There have even been times when my vehicle repairs were completed faster than i was originally told.
I always recommend Crest Auto Body to all of my Family, Friends and Neighbors.

This place is a DUMP! Worst service I have EVER received. They wanted me to leave my car and sign for it before even being assessed. Of course I didn’t. And then when I received the assessment for my car they basically low balled my damages! Went somewhere else and it was assessed for more than double??? This place is working for the insurance companies and is nothing but a chop shop! Don’t even waist your time… Would have rated them a zero if possible.

Why would anyone ever bring their vehicle here? Every time my vehicle goes over a bump I am reminded «Why would anyone ever bring their vehicle here.»
If you have an eye for detail then do not bring you vehicle here!

Its a shame i cant put zero out of five stars for this place. Their service is absolutely terrible. Initially when i took my car in, the estimated time for the repair was two weeks for everything to be done. I didn’t receive a call for three weeks and when i went into see the car unannounced it was sitting in the storage area with absolutely nothing done to it. Of course the owner of the place had excuses for the lack of service, trying to make his problems my problems and expect me to just deal with it. That repair took roughly two months to finish and when i got the car back it wasn’t even fixed properly. I brought it up and they said they would take care of it but i was reluctant to give my car up for what could have been another two months. Even after this fix, which was an alignment (because the car was pulling right after the repair) they lower molding of the car was still mismatched because they put some cheap, almost matching aftermarket parts on. On top of that the window molding was being lifted up by the window closing. Again, they said ok they will take care of it and when i brought it back for yet another time after a month of waiting for them to order parts to arrive and be painted, I get the car back after a short one and a half hour repair and what do i see next to the window… The interior of my car was damaged by whom ever fixed the window molding. To top off this nightmare, they aren’t claiming responsibility for the damage and have essentially called me a liar by saying it was there when i dropped the car off. This shop if full of excuses for their bad work and they have terrible service.

Absolutely horrible in every way!
Sure they’re friendly until you tell them they’re wrong. I came in to fix the driver’s door of my car. On the day it was suppose to be turned to me I got a call saying the paint completely fell off my front bumper during a routine wash! I rushed over to see the damage myself and found that the bumper which had been in good condition before ruined and at least 10 new scratches on my car that were not there when I initially left it. It took another week to get my car fixed. When I came back new scratches and dents were once again found.
Crest Auto body will not take responsibly for any damages inflicted on your car while in their possession, you will have to spend hours arguing with their incompetent staff.
Please Note: During the evaluation of the car when you initially drop your car off they will take pictures with a low quality camera (that will not capture your car in detail) and they will also fill out a diagram of the car marking up where you have scratches, dents, or any other damages however this paper means nothing and they will later tell you it’s impossible for them to note every single imperfection. You may ask yourself, then what’s the point? I ask myself the same thing.
I would NOT recommend this pitiful place to anyone!

Crest Auto is deserving of 10 stars as far as I’m concerned!
This auto body shop is GREAT! We have brought 2 cars here for repairs and both times they did an excellent job… and the overall experience in dealing with them was excellent as well! The staff is professional, courteous and very accommodating!
Don’t bother taking your car anywhere else…

Fast and friendly service. They did a great job repairing my car. I recommend them!

I was hit by a person insured by mercury and they sent me to crest auto body. first off they sent out a secretary lady with a camera. Never sent a tech to come and give an estimate. They based there estimate off photos and came up with a number ¹⁄₃ that of 3 other shops. Also they claimed it was was a one day fix which means no rental. Crest auto body would rather low ball the estimate which then becomes a final number as far as mercury is concerned. With the amount of crashed cars in their storage I’m almost positive they undercut the insurance companies and purchase customers cars after giving weak estimates. I can only imagine that if I walked in off the street their estimate would accurately reflect the damage done. Thanks for nothing Crest!!!

Crest Auto Body is a great shop. I have been there several times over the years, and I have zero incentive to ever shop for an alternative. It is a family business, which shows, and I have always received a most personable and professional service.
Estimates are done quickly, explanations are always provided, and you walk out with the feeling that your car is in very good hands. The work is first class, and has always been completed on time. I have the outmost confidence in Allan and his team, and I will be back, should auto body services be needed in the future.

I am extremely pleased with the job that Crest did on my bumper /​trunk. I am impressed with how fast and efficient they were on the job. Allan is an honest guy who is looking out for his customer’s best interest and Sunny provides great customer service. I will definitely refer anyone to them and will definitely go back there if I need to.

This is the second time that I have used this auto body shop, and the service has been consistently excellent each time. I was referred here through my insurance company and the auto body works closely with them to get things handled. Each time the insurance paperwork has been prepared before I even walk through the door so it’s a quick job to check me in. They also call the rental car company ahead of time to pick me up so I don’t have to wait around.
I was especially grateful this time around because they accommodated my request to get the car repaired within a day – which they did! Even the insurance agent was surprised at the fast turnaround.
The only negative to this experience is that I had to overhear the owner chastising an employee in the office while I was checking my car in. I know he was hidden behind a desk and some shelves, but his voice was very loud and his tone was very unprofessional. Even the other employees appeared embarrassed that this conversation could be overheard. If you’re going to chew someone out, could you please do it in a private location, for the sake of your customers, if not your employee (s)?
I don’t plan to do any more auto body repair any time soon, but if I need to, I will be back…

This is a great, honest auto body shop. The guys are friendly and helpful. Their prices are comparable. They work with a lot of insurance too – and turnaround in a decent amount of time. Sometimes going to the body shop can be such a drag, but not here, it’s actually rather pleasant. Definitely consider them if you need any work done!

Update ⁶⁄₂₀₁₃: Our last two repairs have been below average. Paint was not smooth, delivery time was off by days and car was returned covered with shop dust. I’m trying another place
I have been taking my cars to this repair shop for over 10 years. I have always been very happy with the work and found repairs to first rate, factory exact and matching.
Their turn around time is quick for the quality of work that they do.
The staff is friendly and competent.
I have recommend this repair facility to friends and family and they have all have the same exceptional experience.
