Came here for an occupational drug screen — I was a little worried about how long it might take given the bad reviews on Unilocal.I called before I left and was told that there wasn’t a long wait. With the exception of the small parking lot in the back of the building(1 hour free with validation), everything was smooth sailing. The staff were incredibly friendly and I was in and out within 15 minutes. They even have water to help you«prepare» to provide your sample. Not sure why the reviews are so bad… the staff tried to expedite each patient and greeted everyone with a smile. Just an FYI that I was also considering going to the Labcorp in Redondo Beach, but they don’t do occupational drug screens there. Only local locations were this location and the one in Torrance on Madison.

I came for a urine test… 65 minutes later and I’m ready to burst! Seriously! They told us they only have two people working… Uh I get it but you’re gonna need someone to clean up the pee soon if you don’t see me soon!!!

Dirty, dank, and definitely not the type of place you feel comfortable being pricked by a needle. Put a little money into the waiting area please. There are holes in the drywall, the ceiling is falling down, dirty walls/paint. It just gives an awful first impression.

Full waiting room and only one ONE phlebotomist was working. I had an 8:45 a.m. appointment. Fast forward 2 hrs and I’m still waiting to be seen. Sigh…
