At nite the service is great, the new seats make you feel like being @home It fare from my house but it is worth it regardless to many D D near my home.

Stopped here for a coffee and a donut through the drive through. Service was very pleasant, polite, and patient. The coffee was super hot and fresh. The donuts were a bit stale, although it was late afternoon.

DD is about survival, cheap sustenance and often or always open. a donut is a good pre-job-interview snack, sugar for the brain, but not enough food to make you sleepy in those tense moments when your whole future is at stake. this location seemed pretty average to me, staff were OK.

I will only go here because the location is convenient. Service is slow and like the other reviewer said, you would understand is they were busy, but there’s almost never anyone in here.

If you have the same experiences that I’ve had when I’ve patronized this establishment, you can expect: 1. When ordering at the drive-thru, you *may* hear the quiet«ok» after you’ve ordered… you may not. You may just sit there in your car like a knucklehead while you wait to hear if anyone is at the other end. 2. Your order will be wrong. 3. When you ask them to correct the order, you will be accused of not asking for it in the order process(despite the fact that there are only 2 things that I’ve ever ordered from any DD anywhere, anytime… *I* must be the one who made the error). Busy? No problem, I understand that happens. But when the employees are just leaning on the counters gabbing… well, that’s just sloppy. 4. When your money, food, and coffee are handed to you, the person at the window wont even be looking at you… they will be continuing that conversation with their co-workers. A «please» or a «thank you» is out of the question. I believe in 2nd chances… 3rd sometimes… but I wont go here again. In this economy, you would think a business would do what they can to retain patronage, instead of losing it. My experiences with this DD is that they just don’t give a hoot. No problem. There are plenty of other places that will appreciate my money.
