UPS Customer Center

well I do know that they did not come to my home three times as indicated. I just received a «final notice» yesterday 12÷7÷15 indicating that was UPS’ last and final attempt. They only came once.
There’s many complains about UPS and this has happened too often to me personally.
I’m going to contact the business and suggest they use FedEx who is more reliable and honest.
I tried to call the office where my package is to be picked up to tell them they did’t follow proper procedure. Of course no answer or recording.

Ordered a package through Amazon with Prime 2 day shipping. They sent the package and arrived 9:26pm night before thanksgiving. So 1 day to arrive there and next business day you would assume delivery. Nope UPS claims black Friday to still be a holiday and won’t give me the package until Monday or Tuesday. They told Amazon they attempted delivery but I wasn’t home when someone has been home and awake all morning. If you are in a hurry for things to arrive find another method of shipping.

This is an actual UPS Center, not a UPS store. I don’t think there’s a price difference between the two when shipping something, but its nice to have an actual center kind of close to me. The people that work there are pretty friendly. They’re fast too. I was in and out in 15 minutes and it was only that long because I typed out my labels pretty slowly lol. They have a small, private parking lot. They have carts to use if you have heavy/​oddly shaped items you need help with. My only complaint with UPS is that it appears their prices have gone up a lot over the past year. Things that used to cost me $ 12 to ship last year are now more than $ 16. And, when you’re shipping out constantly, that adds up big time. The saving grace is that things always get delivered when they’re expected. usually the very next day. I guess that’s just the cost of doing business. I still like them much better than Fedex.
