I visited Lab Corp on Route 1 in Lawrence on 10÷21÷14. It was a horrible experience. I walked in and there were two people behind the window hoovering over a person at a computer. There was another person standing behind the window leaning against a desk. The person at the computer said I should sign in and they’ll see me shortly. I signed in and took a seat during all this I noticed that the facility was dirty, dark, floor/carpeting worn out and filthy. The seats were worn out and dirty. It was a disgusting environment. No one called for me. By now there were 4 people in the waiting area. I decided to leave.

This is about as pleasant experience as having blood work done could be. The techs are kind, caring & gentle. I am a big chicken, and have fainted in the past. The techs here do a great job of putting you at ease.

Going to Labcorp is rarely a pleasant experience. But this place is pretty poor even for Labcorp standards. I barely got through the door. I started to feel bad for the people working here as the woman in front of me screamed«well do i fill out paperwork or do i die first?» I guess these people get some tough characters. That said, I hung at the main window for about five minutes with three people behind the desk who could clearly see me. After five minutes my wife said, «are they intentionally ignoring us?» I laughed. Five more minutes later(yes, we waited at a window for ten minutes while people just sat behind desks) someone said«did you sign in?» I said«yes, but – » her reply was«just wait.» Carrie and I couldn’t let people like this draw blood from our daughter. We left. Hopefully the one in Jamesburg is better.
