First time here. Let me just first say my massage was really good. I had a combo swedish/shiatsu massage and it was probably the best massage I’ve had in a long time.
Now onto why I rated 3 stars instead of 4 or 5. Well I think the online photos of the place are deceiving. It’s not horrible in there but not as charming as the photos look. IMO, the place has lots of potential. I think the owner’s might just need someone to help them manage things a little better — spruce the place up a bit and emphasize being extra sanitary. I LOVE spas that go above and beyond sanitary standards, it’s part of what makes me a returning customer. I plan to go here again for massage. Hope improvements are on the way though, I would love to see this place flourish!

My friend and I went here for a mani/pedi based on previous Unilocal reviews and their website… and while the staff was very nice, the experience was not at all what was expected. They are «under new management» and the website pics are not reality. The place looks like an old warehouse space, not warm or inviting. My pedicure person cut one of my cuticles pretty badly and also seemed to have some sort of horrible cold, 0 – 2 in my book. It was really just overall not a good experience. We will definitely not be going back. My friend said I overtipped, and I probably did. I didn’t feel like the place was clean/sanitary and while I joked the whole time about catching a staph infection from the cut, I did worry about it all weekend. My toe is still sore but thankfully there’s no infection. We will not be going back. Very sorry to have spent that money.

Definitely one of the better pedicures I have gotten in the area! This place is HUGE and I mean HUGE, but eerily quiet. However, when I am going to get a pedicure that is exactly what I want peace and quiet.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I never feel rushed and my pedicure polish always lasts for weeks. They have a loyalty card, so that’s cool and this place is SUPER clean. The only thing I wish is that they had more staff, but they are worth the wait in my opinion
