I love soft pretzels so I wanted to take some to work. I’ve been to this location before, and I remember the lady there being all grumpy in the morning. So I’m hoping today will be different since its Christmas Eve and maybe she will be in a nice mood. The store is supposed to open at 7 am, so I was waiting outside from 7 am-7:06 am. The lady inside saw me waiting, and wouldn’t open the door. I even knocked, and she wouldn’t open the door. I had to be at work at a certain time, so I left. I decided to call her and tell her that she should’ve opened the door at 7 am like the sign says and that I would report it to her manager; and she went off on me saying«I don’t care who you’re gonna call!» and she hung up on me. This is so unprofessional– I always thought the customer comes first and businesses should treat their customers kindly. This was just ridiculous. I will never be going to this soft pretzel location again. If you want to be treated nicely, don’t step foot in this location! It’s not worth messing your mood up dealing with this horrible worker.

I LOVE soft pretzels. When I moved to NJ from PA I was ecstatic to find this philly pretzel factory so close to my home. I come here fairly often and have tried pretty much everything they have to offer. I have also ordered many pretzel trays for parties — mostly at the last minute — and they are always accommodating and really quick to get our order together. I always forget how inexpensive they are until I go and buy a few pretzels. You really can’t beat a fresh, warm soft pretzel.

How does this place not have any reviews?! I’ve been getting pretzels here for years while I lived in NJ and now that I’m visiting from Charleston I stopped in to get a bag to repay a favor. 15 fresh, chewy, salty pretzels with a full size mustard and 3 small sauces for $ 10. You can’t beat that, the pretzels are hot and pulled from the oven. They’ve got bite size ones too called rivets on a regular. There’s honey mustard, regular yellow, two types of hot, a couple sweet sauces, two types of warm cheese sauce to choose from. If you don’t want to pay 75¢ for a mustard cup to go, there’s three bottles of mustard there for free you can put on your pretzel before you walk out. Stop buying frozen pretzels from the grocery store and come here! They cater and I know they used to sell their pretzels at my alma mater Rider U so if you’ve had a pretzel there, this is the source. Stop buying Dunkin donuts for the office, your coworkers are sick of it, come here and get pretzels instead.
