U S Nail

I’ve been going here since I moved to the area 5 years ago and I’ve always been satisfied. HOWEVER the past 3 times I have been there. I’ve gotten the exact same things done and have been charged a different price each time.
First 29. then 34. then 36.
Someone needs to get the staff all on the same page and charge customers the same price for the same thing each time.
Tired of the crap. Probably won’t go back.

I have been going there for the past 13 years and have been ALWAYS satisfied. THEY ARE FAMILY RUN and very accommodating will stay later just to complete services. I care about quality of services not what outside looks like as previous reviewer commented on

They take walk ins, which is nice. It’s never really busy the times I’ve stopped in. It’s located in a small strip mall. Not the best looking storefront or interior. I
Just come here out of convenience.
Got the gel manicure ($ 35). Never tried the pedicure. they have a lot of colors to choose from and quality brands of polish. The workers are friendly enough, but not overly friendly. They get right to work and do an okay job. For gel nails they always manage to get some on my cuticles, which bother me and I have to pick it off later, causing the polish to start peeling from the cuticle. Hence, the manicure doesn’t last very long. They also barely massage your hands at the end. It’s not a very relaxing experience.
If desperate, this place will do, but not something I would plan in advance for.
