Ace Carpet Care

On July 22, 2015, my son had made an appointment with Ace Carpet Care to come out and clean the 2 bedroom apartment where he & another student stayed at while going to KU. Sorry to say there were stains on the carpet that were not cleaned when they moved in but the couch covered it up. There were pop spills & the carpet looked old. I must say if you have a carpet with issues such as major stains & you want & NEED results, this is the company to call & ask for. Also, ask for Jordon, this guy is good. He knows what he’s doing & gets the job done right the first time.
Jordon came in & sprayed some chemical over the whole carpet & then ran this big steamer over the whole carpet. He hit the corners, edges, & went over every spot on the carpet, including the closets. Wherever the stains were, he added extra steam & would go over it a couple extra times, slowly…& the stain was gone, including the heavy stains under the couch.
EVERY STAIN was removed, what use to look dull, now looks nice.
With Ace Carpet Care, their prices are very reasonable & when they say they will be there they are there. Jordon had just left one big job & came over to do the apartment. Now, anyone who takes this unit, won’t have to worry about stains, because there is none.

I called around to just about every carpet cleaning company in Lawrence looking for an affordable pet treatment carpet cleaning for my house. Not only could I not find a company that would do carpet cleaning for an affordable price, the pet treatment plans were way out of budget (upward of $ 20 per room!) I chose Ace because of their more than reasonable prices and free pet odor treatment special. Having indoor dogs and cats living in the home and a puppy that just finished potty training, our carpets needed a thorough cleaning. Additionally, our puppy ate giant holes in the carpet so we had carpet repairs on the list too. Mike and his crew showed up right at scheduled time. We walked through room to room so I could point out exactly what I wanted. His crew was very friendly and did an excellent job. It took about an hour and a half for them to do two carpet repairs and steam clean about 1300 sq ft of carpet. They were knowledgable, helpful and very thorough. The carpet repairs look AWESOME and the carpet cleaning took stains out (ink and wax) and made my house smell like a home again instead of a wet dog pen. There were no hidden fees and no charges we hadn’t talked about first. The pricing was very affordable (we are college students) and I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. I will definitely be calling them in the future!
