Culinaria

We got married in Lawrence over Thanksgiving weekend, and most of the arrangements were done over the phone from the Bay Area in CA. Our first choice for the rehearsal dinner wasn’t available, but the manager told us about Culinaria and recommended we talk to them. I looked at the website and the house salad with homemade bacon told me immediately that we were in good hands. Regan was very easy to work with. She kept things low-​key but answered questions and filled in details upon request. The menu offered lots of mix-​and-​match options so that everyone could have something they liked. We used their event space – I love the old stone buildings in Lawrence, and it added a wonderful ambiance to the evening. The service was terrific during the event. My only regret is that we miscalculated how many red wine drinkers there were – we completely wiped out the reds and barely touched the white wines. They were all terrific, however!

Aaron and Regan are the best at what they do. One of the very few things that I insisted on being absolutely amazing at my wedding was the food, and they delivered. Also, they helped us lost kids determine what was appropriate for a wedding (ie feed your guests during photo breaktime.) They laid out crostini with a variety of toppings for a «cocktail hour» and provided wine and beer service all night long. The main dinner, sliders + veggies + other snacks was loved by our picky crowd and I’m still kicking myself for forgetting my leftovers at the venue! They will work with you to create the party menu you’ve always wanted and at a realistic price.
