Dance Because

This is a review by an actual customer and it has two parts. As far as instructing goes, Amanda is OK. She is funny and the classes are enjoyable but not stellar. Im not sure what actual instruction eduction she possesses, but it’s not a very structured or an effective teaching method. Part two of this review has to do with what I consider a serious breach of both business and personal ethics. I found Dance Because and enrolled in a group class to go on a date. We went and it was fine. The guy and I weren’t serious, he ended up enrolling in a long term class and took another girl a few times, totally fine. Then I went with him to a class and what ensued next is where the story takes a turn. Amanda contacted my date via Facebook messenger, chatted him up and basically told him that in her opinion from her experience watching people dance, that him and I were not compatible to date. In my opinion, that is was a completely inappropriate behavior for a professional, not to mention, immature and just weird.
