I went in (just after Valentine’s day) to discuss a bridal bouquet for June. Not only did they blow me off, they informed me the person I needed to speak with was the floral manager who was just too busy after the valentines rush to talk to me. I of course could both see and hear a woman within 6 feet of the counter who had a tag stating she was the floral manager, gossiping with a coworker. I can only assume it was related to the fact I’m having a very small simple affair. I guess small orders or events don’t warrant their attention.
