How do they make those leaves stick together? Is that dresser solid wood? Is any item in this store destruction-tested with kids, pets or in-laws? These are some of the intriguing thoughts I have at Intrigue Home Furnishings. Intrigue’s furniture really is beautiful. But it looks more like it belongs in a museum than a house. At least not my house. Ultra-modern styling, hand crafting, attention to detail, subtle contemporary colors … the furniture and accessories at Intrigue would look great in a loft — where beautiful people with no peanut butter and jelly or cat hair on their furniture have stylish parties with interesting friends, none of whom ever spill or break anything. OK, back to reality. But if I were single, petless, and never had visitors younger than 30, I’d love to have this stuff in my house.
