I called asking for an estimate to fix a cracked screen on a Galaxy S6 Edge. The dude said ‘WHAT?!’ so loud that I thought I was talking to an excited drag queen. He then told me it was really, really expensive. Dude. no kidding. I’m not asking you to be a bad marketing director for your company. I’m certainly not asking you if you think I can afford it. Just tell me how much it costs so that I can call the next company and make a comparison. After a long, long wait, he asked for $ 280. They’d order the part and it would be there in about two weeks.
Two weeks?! Does that make sense in today’s I-​love-​everything-​done-​as-​fast-​as-​possible society?

The dreaded drop your phone and break your screen crappy situation happen to me last night and boy was I fuming! So what do you do when you don’t pay the dumbass insurance on your phone??? Repair spot search it is! I Ventured into my trustee Unilocal app and boom! Found this place! Not only did they have a coupon to soften the blow but the service was on point, quick and my phone was working and looked like it never happened! Only downfall was parking but well worth the search to park the vehicle to get service from these folks! Gracias!

I had my iPhone 6 screen fixed here about a month ago. Best rates by far from Boston to Salem NH. Trust me I checked them all!
The person who fixed was very professional and friendly. He honored the $ 10 Unilocal coupon. It only took about 45 minutes to fix. I dropped it off, grabbed a coffee and the newspaper (it’s amazing how limited you are without a smartphone!) and waited in my car.
Phone has been working flawlessly since. No issues, very professional job. Highly recommend!

The service was ok. They close at 9pm and despite arriving at 8 pm with a cracked iphone screen in hand they took a relatively long time to say that yes they could repair my screen that night and that it would be $ 75 for an Iphone 5s. Not a bad price but I suppose you get what you pay for. The screen was kind of wonky for the first two days but seems to have calmed down now. Somehow the replacement glass is a bit small for the phone and there’s a rather rough transition between the glass and the fingerprint-​reading home button. When you go in they will have you sign a paper and give you a warranty so if my phone had continued to act as wonky as it did I could have gone back and I assume they would have honored the warranty and changed the glass. However, I didn’t feel like going back just to get the screen replaced in hopes of having one that fit better.
All in all, I needed to get my phone fixed that day and they delivered even if it was not exactly what I expected. They have a slew of other services like replacing the color of your screen for instance which looks pretty cool. I believe after August 4^th they’ll have discounts on older iphone versions. If my phone breaks again, I might look around elsewhere first but ultimately would not mind coming back here, especially given the hours.

My partner’s Nexus 4 screen was crushed, and they fixed it (for under a hundred dollars, and actually for slightly less than their initial estimate). But our experience trying to pick up the phone was not good.
They initially estimated one week. It took four separate trips to the store and two weeks until we actually got the fixed phone. Being over estimated time is OK (though given how essential phones are, that’s not great). But after we called and were told the phone *was* ready, we went to the store. The first person looked for it halfheartedly, couldn’t find it, and told us to come back later. We insisted that we knew it was ready and eventually another person looked a little more and found it (as far as we could tell, in basically the same place the other person had looked).
The quality of the repair seems good. The new screen works. The bezel has a few little gaps /​slight marring, but I think that’s to be expected, and the phone will be in a case anyway. They factory reset the phone, which I didn’t expect for a screen replacement (lost some recent photos that weren’t cloud-​synced), but seems like a typical risk for any repair. Wireless charging isn’t working with the phone, but it was slightly finicky in the past and the inductive charger is very cheap, so I don’t know if it not working is related to the repair.
Edit: Angel, thanks for your response. Edited in light of that. It sounds like a number of things conspired to make our experience sub-​par, and we can share some of the blame. One key issue was communication; looking back at the work order I see my partner’s e-​mail is technically correct, but easy to misread. Maybe typing or having the customer type contact info would help avoid missed communication.

iPhone solutions fixed my iPad2 screen quickly and for an extremely reasonable price — especially compared to the mall kiosks or Apple Store. Parking can be a challenge in the winter on this busy street in Lawrence, but it’s worth it for the money you can save. Service was efficient, friendly, and the quality was great. My iPad looked as good as new! Will definitely come back when (inevitably) I crack another phone or iPad screen!

This place is great. I brought in my iPhone 5c with a cracked screen that was missing pieces up by the camera and earpiece. They had it fixed in 45 minutes for a very good price and it looks good as new. I highly recommend coming here for the service, price and quality.
