Can I leave zero stars? At first, I thought this would be an excellent choice. Cheap prices, easy to work with, and quick turnaround time. However, when I tried to get them to take the limbs from my tree than had fallen, she would not put it in the bid. when the tree technician (supposedly the owner) came, I asked him and he said it would only be another $ 20. He left, but did not finish the job. Well a few days later the scheduler (his wife) emails me and wants to get payment. First, she doesn’t come by the day that she said she would so I ended up sitting at my house all evening without notice. Finally, she came by the next day and I showed her the work was not complete and she started to cop an attitude when I said that I would not pay until the job was complete.
Long story short; lack of communication and saying that they did a half-​assed job would be a compliment. Oh, and they never did come get the limbs. (That would cost another $ 79.99 trip fee at a minimum, instead of the $ 20 that the «owner» said)
