Decent selection of merchandise. Store is dirty though. Barbara in the dressing room is like a mean drill sergeant. Customer service is not her fine point. She made the experience far from pleasant. Will only return in dire need which I suspect will not happen.

You know, I’m not sure if it’s just my imagination, but I get the impression that this Marshalls marks their merchandise down on clearance much faster than the others locations I shop at. Within a period of about three weeks I’ve seen several items I’ve been watching drop in price at least twice. I’m not complaining, but I haven’t noticed this at any other Marshalls stores before. This isn’t the classiest of Marshalls, but it does have a lot of stock. The shoes and dresses are crammed up against the far left near the dressing rooms(which are also kind of squishy). I’m not a huge fan of shopping at this particular plaza, but I can’t deny that the prices are pretty decent, especially if you find what you want. Unfortunately, the store is a bit dirty, and the dressing rooms aren’t nearly as nice or welcoming as some of the other nearby Marshalls locations. Also, there is no petites section at *all* – all petite sized clothing is mixed in with regular misses clothes. This is so infuriating! Do no petite-sized people live in Lawrence? Why would some stores have a section and others not? It makes it unnecessarily frustrating to sort through the racks when you really can only wear a particular size.
