I was in the market to buy and entirely new set, mattress, box springs and frame. I wanted to keep it cheap as I have a lot of expenses coming up (just moved from Seattle, getting settled here.) and was prepared to have to fight to keep things cheap as they tried to up sell-​me. However, I didn’t have to. I was clear about my needs with the salesman and he kept everything in mind while going through the sales process. Sold me exactly what I needed and nothing more. He was even helpful when I faced a bank/​payment problem that could have been embarrassing, smoothly guiding me to an alternative option. I am now satisfied and comfortable on my bed every night.
Although, I may be biased. If I had been wearing white gloves Pippo could have gotten me to buy a popsicle made of red wine in the middle of summer.
