Propane Heetco

The driver for Heetco who came to fill up our tank with Propane when crazy. He got here and after talking to the homeowner he when to get started, He went and saw the tank was at 0% and came beating on our glass door hard until the homeowner got clear across the house to open the door. He then proceeded to curse at the homeowner and threatened her and took off in his truck without even completing his job. The homeowner called the company and the lady who she talked to backed up the driver and said that ALL of the drivers are frustrated so if they get mad not to take it seriously. I dont care if they are frustrated or tired! The customer is always right and you never bad mouth and threaten a customer even if you are frustrated. The homeowner never said one thing bad to this man and he went completely out of line! Think twice before using Heetco!
