I was back @ Riobar this last weekend to quench my need of bistec y enceballado (steak w/​peppers & onions).
I brought my girl and her mother with me and the mother in-​law is a pretty basic eater and she was very happy too. We got the appetizer for two and we knew it would be more than enough for my girl and her mom to eat and me snack before the bistec. She loved pollo frito, fried cheese, sausages, and the yucca better than the tostones.
The steak was cooked just right and the pepped and onions with all the carmelizing juices with a small salad and some arroz con habechuela (rice and beans) it was just awesome. and the fact that the mother in law liked it too was a plus.
The bud light was funky tasting but it didn’t mater Cuz the food was soo damn good
