Very good sushi, I love the Yamato roll with its lemon touch.
Everything was fresh, my wife and I enjoy this place often.

Continues do deliver a high quality product. Delicious.

Came In here with my friend around 11 because everywhere else was closed. Service extremely slow. Waitress gave me one of my rolls about 10 minutes before our other food arrived. Miso soup was gross and they served it to me in a plastic to go container. Also gave us water in plastic cups. The prices are more expensive than other actual nice places I’ve been to so id expect to not be served with paper cups and plates. The sushi surprisingly wasn’t bad. I wouldn’t come back.

Love this place!
Me and the wife hit this spot at least twice a month. Everything tastes fresh and the service is super quick. If you’re a veghead like myself, go for the Sweet Potato Tempura and most definitely the Gorgeous Roll.
Docking one star because customer service is rather hit or miss here.

It used to be the best sushi in five towns.
Very slowly this place got worse and worse.
Fish is not fresh
Stuff if very Unpleasant– almost hang up on her today.
They serve sushi that was kept in the fridge (when you pick up and they know you are not going to go back to replace it)

Every Saturday. Completely not was they used to be. Stay away!

This is place has the best sushi. I must say even though some of their workers are not the friendliest. But the food is amazing. You must try the Moroccan Cigars

Hands down this is the BEST SUSHI you will find in America! We live in the Wash DC area, but anytime we are remotely close to the NY area, we plan our trip around Sushi-​Tokyo. Really… it’s THAT GOOD! Very well priced, great service are just secondary points, albeit great ones. You will NOT walk out disappointed, and you will definitely plan your next trip by it! Thanks! :)

I went there last night with a couple of friends, im really picky with my sushi but they have excellent sushi and the place is clean and the staff is friendly. will definitely go back

My first experience with Kosher sushi, and I was pleasantly surprised. First off, Kosher means no shrimp, (real) crab, or uni. But the maguro, hamachi, and salmon were excellent: huge industrial size pieces on my sashimi salad, that were tender like butter and delicious. they even had ikura. very clean, very nice staff. i told our wait person that I did not like the miso soup, it was too bland, and she deducted it from the bill. thats good service! Ignore the one word «reviews». Tokyo is a fine sushi bar.

Love the sushi. Very fairly priced. My wife and I go there almost every weekend. Its not a fancy place but its still really nice. Its clean and the service is great. Its a nice place for a casual date by the way.

This place has awesome sushi and a great atmosphere for hanging out. Their delivery is convenient and consistently on time, and the staff is nothing short of impeccable. I especially love eating in, though, because I can pile on the spicy mayo, sweet sauce, and wasabi just the way I like it. HOWEVER, the sauce system for eating in has recently been amended so all sauce must be poured by the wait staff. This means I need to call someone over to get my «unreasonable» portions of sauces. Unacceptable. I want to shamefully apply my condiments without directly alerting others of my unusual tastes, and now that revelation is unavoidable. Not to mention the added social anxiety of being exposed before such an attractive wait team. I can’t do it. I’d rather chug a bottle of everclear than risk such indecent exposure. Shame on you Sushi Tokyo. One star for you until the old system is renewed.

Awesome! I have been waiting for good vegetarian sushi options for a long time and this one really takes the cake. I got a sweet potato/​avocado tempura roll and the Gorgeous Roll and I was blown away. Quality was great, the tempura was warm and crispy, and everything was done promptly. I just wish there was some more wasabi!

We order from a fair amount of sushi bars and restaraunts that offer sushi and we are hard pressed to find anything remotely close in comparison.
The fish is always fresh and most importantly consistent. The fact that they include a low sodium soy sauce dispenser with my platter is a nice touch and im usually not interested in tearing open a bunch of little soy packets when im sitting down to eat.
On occasion something is missing from our order. They are only human. And its usually resolved with a simple phone call.
Sometimes the staff a sounds like they would rather be texting then answering your questions which happens every now and then but staff is staff and staff comes and goes.
*6/​19/​15 update — so after revisiting and reordering numerous times seems they have improved on staff and service, even little things like a small credit that we forgot about and was reminded upon a recent order. two thumbs up yall, and keep it up!

Great sushi and really good pricing, especially on platters.

Sushi was ok. I went in the afternoon and pretty much sat where we wanted. Waitress was very helpful with making suggestions. I appreciated the fact that they serve sushi and not a mix of other cuisines. (Hate sushi restaurants that want to serve burgers smh. stick to one thing) Until I’m comfortable with a spot I opt out of raw dishes. I went with the avocado and sweet potato rolls but others in my party had various types and gave it the thumbs up
It was a bit pricey IMO because I have another sushi spot in the area that does half off during lunch with great tasting choices… I digress!
Overall, if your passing by give it a try. Your palate will thank me!

Great place! Prices like anywhere else (for kosher sushi). They open till 1:00am which makes it the only kosher eat-​in place that open so late in the area. Always fresh sushi. They make it on the spot and very quick.
They have some deals, but in the end it comes to the same price… maybe 50 cents cheaper…
Overall is a good place!

Not impressed at all. All of the sushis tasted the same and did not taste fresh. We ordered a 10 roll platter and did not receive our own plates to eat off of. Also we had only received 9 of the sushis and had to remind them about our 10^th roll.
I did like the option of having spicy mayo on side without asking for it.

Okay, So this place makes some tasty sushi but, they have a lot of serving issues.
1. Waited about ten minutes before we were approached
2. There was only one waitress for the whole place
3. They brought out the dishes in a random order so none of us were eating at the same time.
(My sister had food, she finished then they brought out my food, after I was almost done they brought out my mothers food)
I just don’t understand why they didn’t bring it all out at once.
4. They brought the wrong rolls for my mother.
5. They have about ten sushi chefs but it is very slow service.
So all in all the food is very good but the service is horrible.

this is a small place with about 12 tables including 6 cute booths plus a small counter
right there on Central
now before I get myself all winded about the parking let me tell you this is some darn good sushi in this house
small compact easy to read friendly menu with lots of yummy sounding rolls
PLUS one of my favorite aspects of this place (besides the Kosher) is specials available such as the 2 roll dinner special featuring 2 chef special rolls an appy and canned drink and its less then 20 bucks
gorgeous tasty nicely presented rolls
eel sauce in a squirt bottle right on the table as well as the mayo nice touch! other places like to discuss with me why they charge extra
the only teeny downside I can see some folks saying the spicy mayo isnt so spicy
nice plus they have right on the menu the choice of soy wrap, cucumber wrap, and avocado plus you can also switch out the white for brown rice
bustling take out on the rainy night we came to eat
nice friendly waitress and this place is a 5 star winner in my Kosher book as well as any book
PLUS there is an adorable teeny tiny (real) red car out front which looks like the delivery and as it has B“H on it so we B“H
will be back!
update Oh My what happened to you service? it was great a few weeks ago now its not, sushi table service all over the place yet I see at least 4 sushi chefs, we cant sit an wait 15 min between rolls, we like to eat together
