I was so impressed with the staff in this store especially Tyler. I recently helped my granddaughter move to Lawrence so she could go to college and needed to return a car carrier to her Dad in California. We first went to the UPS store on 31^st street but received poor customer service and was told the carrier had to go freight which is almost twice as expensive as ground rates. After checking with the national headquarters of UPS, we tried the store on Clinton Parkway. It was so refreshing to have outstanding customer service. We were able to package the carrier in such a way that it qualified for the lower rate. I highly recommend this UPS store… they are friendly, honest and go out of their way to deliver outstanding customer service.

Problem: I live apart from all of my family, and due to my travel schedule (and forgetfulness), I find myself needing to send gifts and such in a quick fashion. As this place isn’t far from my office, I usually end up here on a lunch break, and they have always been very friendly. I never need much assistance — it’s already packed, I know all the rules and options, etc. — but still, I know they are there for me if I do.
