Action Packed Parties LLC

We rented from Action Packed Parties for my son 9^th birthday and loved their inflatables and wonderful staff. He was having a Batman birthday and they had the perfect inflatable. Their inflatables are cleaned after every use which is super important to me. They have everything you would need for your party. They are really nice people you will not be disappointed when working with them.

The headline on their website is misleading. It says «Inflatable moonwalk rentals in and around Atlanta Ga…» but they won’t deliver to Atlanta unless you are renting multiple inflatables. I work with several retail properties, colleges, events and brands, helping them implement marketing activations all over Metro Atlanta. I had 8 different events that will utilize inflatables in Oct/​Nov alone, and APP turned all our requests down, saying Atlanta was too far to deliver an inflatable… as in MIDTOWN ATLANTA. Thankfully, the really awesome folks at Jumptastic (
) were not only accommodating, but gave us a discount for booking so many inflatables! I wouldn’t call the staff rude, but I wouldn’t exactly call them welcoming. Apparently «in and around Atlanta Ga» means «in Gwinnett County». With all the events that we help coordinate and manage a year, I’m glad we found JUMPTASTIC (

I’m so disappointed with Action Packed Parties. They’re pretty expensive after you add delivery and fees, but I decided to go with them anyway since I needed to reserve a moonwalk asap and they had the particular item I wanted.
I don’t know about you, but customer service MATTERS to me. Lots of places have nice products, but do they also have the service to back it up? Not Action Packed Parties. I called trying to reserve a rental 3 times, and 3 times my call was not returned. On two of the occasions, I actually spoke with their customer service rep. «I’ll call you right back. In the next 30 minutes…» NOPE. So, I called her back 2 hours later. We got ¾ of the way through the rental reservation process when she said that she would need to check with the owner about something. Like — the reservation was almost completely finished — and she said she’d call me back within 2 hours TOPS. Never. Heard. From. Her. Ever. Not cool!
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO AMERICAN FAMILY DAY or BARGAIN BOUNCE. You’ll be better off and the customer service reps at those two spots are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

They are so very helpful with your Budget!!! The items were sooooo clean!!! They make everything so easy and affordable. They games were great & the staff was great with the kids. Their website was easy to look threw with all the prices too.
